Rules:
1. NO calorie counting.
2. NO making ourselves sick.
3. NO punishing oursleves when we think we’ve done badly.
4. Rewards when we’ve done well
5. Stick to 3 healthy sized meals a day.
6. If we do badly- its fine. We’ll just try again.
